Our CC-3000 is an inexpensive way to adapt a standard air shaft to hold a larger diameter core. These chuck adapters are made with high quality construction and heavy-duty materials. This gives the chuck adapters superior performance in rewind and unwind applications. They are best suited for operations using rolls with metal, fiber, or cardboard cores.

Features

The CC-3000 features a lightweight design and are available with core stops and split clamps to protect the shaft they are mounted on. These chuck adapters have an internal bladder prevents them from over expanding or swelling over time and protects them from cuts and wear and tear. We also have connector kits available to string multiple CC-3000 chuck adapters together. And they are perfectly matched when used with a Convertech Through Style Shaft.
